The philosophy underpinning my approach to in-company workshops is that I believe that the greatest value to the organisation is achieved through maximising participant involvement. I adopt a problem-centred learning approach whereby I focus the workshop around pre-identified issues and seek to create actionable outcomes. When required I bring in facilitators who are all experienced specialists in their fields with excellent communication skills.
